OTHER NEW BUSINESS

Dues ($60.00/week per team) will be paid at the start of the night envelopes and score sheets will be provided upon receipt of team dues. This is a change from last year as there will be no tracking of INDIVIDUAL outstanding dues.
Registration( $20.00 per player ) is due September 13th, 2016

Spares will be registered and sanctioned after 12 games played registration fee $20.00 will be levied and will give the spare an opportunity to play in tournaments. Spares that play 5 nights (25 games) with a single team will be put on that team’s roster and will not be able to spare for other teams. Carried

Team Spare player option (Emergency Rule). This is an option for extenuating circumstances (ie: sudden injury/illness of a player, accident on the way to play pool, unexpected absence for things like an out of town funeral) this can be enacted when the team has exhausted all options for a spare.
Team player is set up as follows:
The handicap is 10; each player plays 1 game; the fourth game is played by the player with the lowest handicap.
This player will have played 2 extra games.
The scores for the team player are not attributed to the player but scored in a phantom player for the team. This means no feats will be recorded for the players playing in the Team player role and this score does not affect your handicap. Carried

We are not an “open” league.
Our rules for team structure are as follows:

Maximum 6 players on your roster and there is a maximum of 2 “A”( average of 8.3 or better) players playing at a time.
On the night of play your players must be 2 or less players with an 8.3 average even if you play 5 players; no round can have 3 players with an 8.3 average or better. Carried

12 games must be played to qualify for playoffs. Carried

Rack your own break is a new rule for our league but keeps with CCS rules Carried

Patch the 8 ball is a departure from CCS rules but we are keeping this rule in the regular season and play-offs. Tournaments may differ. Carried

Jim Bollinger will take care of printing new scoresheets. Thank you Jim
